Small hotfix for rwing alpha v1.4

This patch fixes a bug where text selections were not properly aligned when the scale factor was changed, as well as a large playback takeover desync that occurred when a character had a jump button held down.As a bonus, I've added hotkeys to toggle the debug info and notes panels (i and o).
