🕑 Added 2024-10-23 17:00:14 +0000 UTCI think some people would call this a demo reel, but none of these are real projects. Just vocal warm ups. Thought it'd be nice to share though. lol
Characters voiced in order (official and not)
-Random Cowboy
-Darth Maul (Star Wars)
-Siegward of Catarina (Dark Souls III)
-Bitsy (Uprooted D&D)
-Random Saloon Idiot

I assumed it was from your own dnd campaign that you have done! Now I have to look this up. lol

If you look up Bitsy on YouTube for D&D it's whooooole rollercoaster. lol I am very much inclined to make a cowboy audio though :)

Two things: number 1 I really want that cowboy to be a real audio. Number 2: I was not prepared for what that Bitsy character was going to say. I was laughing so hard. And the voice for it made it even funnier. I think this just made my day. Thank you. That was hilarious.

I will try that. Since I have a session today, but I have to speak in my home language norwegien. So at least my singing voice will get somewhat of a break. But after that vocal practice for a lengthy song😅 Ønsk meg lykke til hver kveld fordi jeg kommer til å trenge det😮💨

What I can suggest is using honey before and/or after your sessions. I've found it to be very soothing for my throat. Also having very hot showers and taking deep breaths in the steam is another one! Some people just drink tea as well

Understandable, I voice a Australian girl who is one of my charaters. Talking in a midtone voice while keeping the accent of another language is very difficult especially when there is singing involved. My voice was done after 2 hours of recording and taking multiple takes.😅 Any tips for after recording to help with the strain?🙁

I figure it would be for people who listen! There may or may not be a script being written ;)

Only in segments like that they're not bad, but if I were to do a full length audio? Absolutely damaging!

Love the diversity even if it isn't a serious project. Gotta say the cowboy part has to be my favorite :)

Those higher pitched voices sound very vocally straining
