There's 2 murders that have been pinned on VonOff1700. Both are eerily similar. But the question is did he do either of them? North and Laramie, or as his name says 1700, which makes that Laramie and Wabansia is one of the better neighborhoods on the west side. No projects or section 8 apartments, all houses and two flats. More middle class black families, more Latinos. It’s still the west side though, but much closer to the very nice suburb of Oak Park, birthplace of writer Ernest Hemingway, than Pulaski and Madison known as The Spot. (The drug spot) That’s how Chicago is, bad neighborhoods and nice neighborhoods right on top of each other. To contrast, the white middle class neighborhood I grew up in, the northwest side is ten minutes, or two and a half miles directly north called Irving Park and Portage Park.

@ 24:05 I don't get it because you see the guys get out of the Durango and start shooting. But the street is literally right in front of them. So how the hell did they shoot him and then go run over him? So if you pause that 24:05, you can see that the road in front of them is right by intersection. So I'm guessing to run over and they would have had to pull out onto the road turn left and then take immediately another left and then turn back into the gas station run over the guy and then leave throughout the same exit they did before. I don't know if that's what they did but I'm guessing cuz they said they got out and shot him and then ran him over but they shot him right at the exit of the gas station.
