from my understanding yes but its not completed, umsoea doesnt seem to be active much and he/she doesnt look to be creating any new or updating packs, they have tweaked old packs frustratingly removing some textures like the glazed terracotta and book shelf, bricks and so on, download what you like then just unsubscribe because i dont think the project is going much further

Is the texture pack no longer working?

Hey so is 1024x the highest texture quality you make these in now? Just because tier 3 isn't a thing anymore so you can't get 2048x texture quality.

I had to remove some of the old textures - including bookshelves.

im not sure if i installed something wrong but i dont see the bookshelf texture in 3d, looks like the normal bookshelf

Just signed up to this Patron to get the Umsoea Resource pack and there is not one link that doesn't contain a broken texture pack. Your Patron should not be accepting new people when they cannot get any of the content that goes with it.
