That was sort of a rhetorical comment/joke being that I had watched the episode. And, after all, who wants to watch a movie or tv with RGB lighting screaming in their face.

How telling is it that for many enthusiasts that is the first question they ask? But I guess the industry will keep selling brightly-lit stuff until it goes out of style with streamers. And yes, you can fully customize or disable lighting, as well as control brightness.
But can you turn the rgb off?
