this episode had my emotions all over the place. it was so upsetting seeing Janine cry, she didn't deserve that verbal lashing from that parent. which you're definitely right it unfortunately happens with certain parents. teachers are so under appreciated, topics like this make me aware and keep pushing to focus solely on what is best for the student while getting my certification. great reaction guys <3
