I mean, the knife and maybe-noose? Make it spooky. Also very scary female Nightmares(?) or Zombie Horses or whatever they are. Since they need his life essence/fluids, the knife kinda implies they got a Plan B in case he runs out of cum. So yeah still on the unnerving side, good job man.
