Kachinas Mega Menu Mod + Big Updates!!!

I'm happy to finally be back with some huge updates >w<
First of all, let me apologize for my long absence. The truth is, while I was indeed busy at times, I actually spent the past few months working on a single mod. You see, I had the privilege and fortune to receive the gracious help of one of the most talented modders out there. Snaccubus was kind enough to let me use his latest tool, which he had been working on for over half a year – and he even took my feedback during development to heart and added features I had wished for!
I honestly can't put into words how grateful I am to him. Without his help, I would have never been able to create a mod like this TvT

Please consider supporting him if you can >^< Recently, he's been modding non-loli characters, but if old hags aren't your thing, I have some insider info: he's currently working on some NSFW Loli mods for Nahida, Sigewinne, and Tribbie from HSR :3
And all of these mods will be on a similar scale to this one, with tons of sexy clothing ԅ(♡﹃♡ԅ) - I added a tiny sneak peek of his Nahida mod at the end!

I'm REALLY excited to finally be able to release this. A lot of blood, sweat, tears, and semen went into creating it, but in the end, I think it was all worth it!

Menu Pages Preview
The last button on Onimai’s page will lock the color to Onimai’s theme - so the color wheel won’t affect the parts anymore while that button is active.
You voted for it waaay back, 8 months ago (I’m really sorry for being so slow TvT), but I’m super happy to finally bring you the Kindergarten Theme!!!
Next up is the miscellaneous page, where I threw in everything that didn’t have enough parts to justify giving it a whole page. I might split them up and move parts to other pages in the future once I have enough to fill a full page
I always wanted more freedom when it comes to customizing eyes, so I decided to dedicate a whole page to it! This page is still a WIP, and I have lots of ideas for things I want to add - so I’ll probably be changing, fixing, and adding a bunch of stuff in the future. But even as it is now, there’s already a huge selection for all kinds of vibes <3
Lastly, the textures page!
One of my favorite things I added are the two sliders on this page - one for skin color, the other for tan. I spent a lot of time experimenting to get it looking right, and I’m really happy with how it turned out >v< Playing around with both sliders should let you create a wide spectrum of skin tones!
And as you can see in the page, I also added tan lines! These will only be visible if you have the tan slider active - just move it to your desired intensity to make the tan lines more or less visible :>
The last two buttons on this page are Animated Glow and Rainbow Glow. For them to take effect, you also need to move the glow slider on the respective pages at least a little to the right.
Pictures of Presets
Due to the sheer amount of possible combinations, I’ll cut myself "short" here and just show you the 18 presets I pre-configured for you, along with some details to showcase what’s possible. But of course, you can mix and match whatever parts your heart desires :3
(Note: I made some changes to the presets since the 09/05/2025 update so there are differences between the following images and the actual presets in game)
(Note that there are minor differences between what you see here and the final presets/parts, as I noticed some errors (e.g. wrong outlines) while taking the pics and creating this post. I didn’t want to spend even more time retaking pictures, so consider these pictures as still being under development)
Pictures of Extra Details:
The nametag and randoseru have their red color locked (for the first toggle of randoseru, and first two toggles of the nametag) but you can have the Alt color effect them by the last toggles of the buttons!

I'm a little late to this party, but I just want to say incredible work arakayaya! Snacc is definitely one of the greatest to do it as well. As much as it pained me, I had to pause support to sort out finances, but once that's all good I'll be right back here to cheer you (and Snacc!) on for these insane efforts~ I've been busy in other areas too, like officially getting the tool dev role in the discord and learning lots of things so I'll be able to help the others improve the tools we use in the future. I'm also working on a script that will help take old-style merge mods and create a basic new-style drawindexed toggle mod out of them to help with updating those old mods :3 Alright, that's enough rambling from me, I hope I can resume support soon, I've missed your mods dearly 💜

Sorry i'm a bit tired and forgot to mention in my earlier reply that there is a workaround method. It is possible to backport the d3d11.dll from XXMI back to d3d by copying that file from the install directory, but there may be bugs. And you will also have to make sure that texfx and orfix is up to date (which xxmi takes care of for you, but d3d does not) for the mod to properly work. All of this information with instruction/links is also included in the README.txt file in the mod folder as well as in this post under 4. Requirements

This Kachina mod unfortunately can't be made compatible with 3dmigoto(d3d) because d3d has a hard-coded vertex limit. The mod is simply too large so it will not display correctly when you try to load it into d3d. But XXMI is basically just d3d upgraded with lots of improvements like auto updates. All mods that work on d3d will also work on XXMI so you can simply move all your mods from d3d to XXMI's mod folder! I can help you if you have problems setting up XXMI.

What a great mod, it would be wonderful if in future mods there would be a window for toys, inserts, plugs, maybe piercings, but I can just imagine the work that must go into something like this, what a spectacular job!!!! A masterpiece!!!!

If you mean the pause/stutter when swapping to the character or when navigating some buttons for the first time after game start/F10 then this is normal. it will take longer the worse your hdd/ssd is - but navigating the menu should be fast again after having activated the respective textures once. Also, when "dragging" stuff like sliders or colorwheel, the corresponding textures are getting recalculated each frame so it might be very noticable if you have a potato pc. You can try clicking instead of dragging to minimize the toll on your system. I want to do a free sfw version of this mod which will basically have all the nsfw/ecchi stuff removed - so it should be lighter on the hardware - but having multiple alternative version would be a pain ;4; another way i could think of that should reduce required resources would be downscaling most textures, especially the 4K ones. But would also mean less detail - but potato pc so you are probably not playing on high res anyway

Great mod~! I really like your mods! But...Can you make a lite version? With only char og skin-Miscellaneous-(simple eyes) and textures page? I don't mean to be rude but this mod is a bit heavy and my potato PC is screaming. It's okay if you dont want to do it... Btw, Im looking forward to your next Iansan mod~!
