Devlog - 15th Nov - Rework 2.40 Space Locations

for V2.40 I decided to have topical backgrounds for every location which show when you have the windows in the background, the cockpit cutscenes and the nightly screen.
As the star systems have a different color scheme, I'll make them fittin g in that hue.
I hope you like it.
As this change also requires to rewrite all space image definitions I needed to keep it separate from the 230 path, which I plan to release an update tomorrow. I hope none of the new location images (Arellarti, Iltari, Xenos done) escape into the updated 2.30 build ;)
