64k Terrain | New Update

- 64k colormaps and heightmaps have been added to Earth, Luna, and Mars for the terrain
- Update RSSVE-Textures Config, reports have been made of doubling performance and fixing the performance when looking at the horizon bug.
- Minor tweaks to RSSVE-Configs to make the clouds less noisy
Update Instructions for users who don't want to redownload everything:
Remove the following:
RSS-Configs
RSS-Textures/PluginData/03_Earth
RSS-Textures/PluginData/03-01_Moon
RSS-Textures/PluginData/04_Mars
RSSVE-Configs
RSSVE-Textures
Install the following:
RSS-Configs
Earth Texture Pack
Moon Texture Pack
Mars Texture Pack
RSSVE-Configs
RSSVE-Textures

Hi ballisticfox, I did the installation for RSS/RO, following your instructions, and the clouds look amazing, but I have not been able to see the trees and rocks that characterize the terrain in Parallax. what do you recommend me to do?

Hi! I am confused about install info: you say we should delete RSSVE from GameData, but then download with RSSVE configs follow. Should I use those configs then? Thank you, Martin. :)
