In his line of work the cursing makes sense. I was in the Marine Corps and some people are actually way worse. It is a way of de-stressing in a fast-paced Intense line of work. I haven't done much research on the topic but I remember hearing something about how cursing can even reduce pain (which is why so many people do it instinctivley) I cursed a TON in the USMC, but now I say things like, "Golly Gosh" and "That scared the strings right off of my shoes." It's very much a part of the culture, but a lot of people phase out of it when they return to civilian life. It's just one tool in the box that helps you get by during the rough times... where any little "Advantage" can mean life or otherwise... Its a small thing that goes a very long way.

Most drugs can be considered fine recreational substances with responsible use. But saying that these aren't the drugs of addicts isn't true. There is more than one type of addiction, sometime the substance itself has highly addictive properties. Sometimes it's simply mental. People can absolutely become addicted to hallucinogens.

HR was busy this week. ๐ I wouldn't have read the senator being assaulted and blackmailed as put in a positive light by any means. We have this insane, skeevy company going around murdering people, so clearly them having influence in the senate and national defence is terrifying.

It didn't occur to me when I watched this for the first time, but I think drowning Translucent makes a lot of sense, man. Wrap him in a few heavy chains or something, and it'll just look like sunken debris if anyone were to even see it.
