January is for big bellies
Soo I am pretty sure I am thickening up some, but my weight is staying relatively steady. I might have lost a little "fluff" over the month, but if I did it all went into beef from the swimming ha Gonna keep on bulking honestly.. I really like this belly and all I need to do now is add more muscle to my frame.....
