RIP Patrick Swayze, he was a treasure. This is hands down my favorite romance ever (Ever After being a close second and Titanic being third). When I worked at a theater and we had to put our favorite movies on our name tags, this is what I put. I know this was a cheat since it's not actually horror (whereas my other suggestion was) but I thought the supernatural elements were a good enough excuse to request it this month. I MIGHT request the remake someday. It's not as good as this one, but it's still pretty great.

Thanks Olivia for this request! Wow that you never watched this one before. Can't wait to see the reaction for this. Also a little fact: At first they didn't want Whoopi for Ghost and three weeks later while she was filming another movie, her agent contacted Whoopi and told her that the movie who didn't want her now wants to meet with her. She met with Patrick Swayze who was confused as to why Whoopi did not want to do the movie. When Swayze learned that Whoopi actually would like to be in the movie, he said that he will not commit to be in the movie if Whoopi wasn't in it. Whoopi then went on to win Oscar for Best Supporting Actress for Ghost.
