WG API unreliable - Please create a Tomato.gg next time you visit
🕑 Added 2024-05-08 02:22:34 +0000 UTCLast week the Wargaming authentication endpoint broke for over a day, and new patrons were unable to activate their memberships for over a day.
I don't trust WG to handle user auth anymore, so I am introducing my own user authentication.
Existing Patreons can create a Tomato.gg account to re-connect their Patreon account to active their Patreon perks. You can also instantly authenticate using Google, Twitch or Discord.

Yea sorry about this. I was a bit worried that people would think the URL is sus, but it's just because I use Supabase, an authentication provider instead of rolling my own auth. And they give me pretty much a random URL I can't change.

you can use your email to create a tomato.gg account if you don't have a twitch/discord/google account. The only data you would expose to me is what I can already see here (which is basically just your email and FaFaFooey)

i don't have a google, twitch, or discord and would never for any reason create one. it's bad enough to expose my data to patreon, which is a horrible company. will my access to stats be unavailable now?
