Should I switch to "Master Posts"?
🕑 Added 2021-06-18 19:05:32 +0000 UTCHey there! A lot of other creators use "Master Posts" for their releases. Should I switch to that format?
For those unfamiliar, each tier gets a "Master Post" that gets updated every time there's a new release. All the files for that tier are in the master. Then, there's just one post for the release itself. That post is public, but links to each of the masters so that you can grab your files. I think it will cut down on emails for higher tiers, and make it a little easier to find everything at once.
What do you think?
(Poll is open one week. If the majority want to switch, I'll target July for the change)

Yeah, I think I would do it like Cze and Peku. So when there's a release, there's one public post, and you can download your tier directly from it, or go to the master post for that tier and grab all the things. Smart to track with the hearts, btw :P

I am indifferent to the idea. I can see the reasons behind it but it could be a bit difficult to find new releases (unless they're always at the bottom/top). The funny part about this is that I back Cze and Peku who do this. They have a master post for each tier BUT I still get emails when they post new maps. Which is where I download the new reward. π€·ββοΈ I can see master posts being great for new members so they don't have to sort through all the months releases. I had to do this with Trash Mob Minis because they don't have a master post BUT now that I'm caught up, I have no issue grabbing their new downloads each month. I also use the Heart button as a way to show support for the post but to also indicate I've read it and grabbed that reward.

Agree. The switch makes sense, but do whatever seems best for yiu

Switching makes sense, do what is easiest and works best for you. Great content π
