Well, luckily for Teddy Tommy does a poor job of defending himself even when innocent. He has gone over the top a few too many times, lol!

Billy is a true sibling - remembering exactly how broad Tommy's powerset is... so that he can hold it over his head like this. (Also Teddy looks like he's wondering how to bring up that technically he destroyed it when he was thrown through it by the villain)
