Bloated, but my belly aches

Got bloated and then had a few bubbles form in my gut, only they were kinda uncomfortable. 😢 As a rule, I don't bloat (or inflate for those of you who do) past pain. It's a natural signal your body has for a reason! There will always be next time, and sometimes it's nice to just love on and nurse a aching belly 💖
