Do you think they will tease what's going on in the real world at the end of the episodes? Equally to how they handled Moff Gideon in Mando Season 2. The last 3 episodes would then be some kind of final I guess where reality ans this fake dimension come together.

Not the segments the episodes themselves. All of them except for the final three I hear are around 20-30 minutes.

Each episode different length. From 20 something minutes to 30 something. The final episodes will be 40+ minutes.
