This makes sense. Feige worked on the original X-Men and people complained back then they didn't like how they handled Storm, Kitty, Rogue, and even Jean when she turned Phoenix.

No, he’s saying they want to highlight other “lesser known” villains who haven’t gotten to big screen treatment. The Fox movies kind of overused Magneto and I think the MCU wants to set themselves apart

Is this gonna be another ‘men relegated to background girl power piece for ESG points’ flick or something written in service of the story? I don’t mind the women being featured as long as it makes sense & is in service of the characters.
