If anyone cares, I’ve done a lot of research due to my own personal experiences. I had trouble understanding the difference between Complex PTSD, from BPD. They both originate from ongoing or repeated trauma/abuse. What makes Borderline different, is an added factor of “chronic invalidation”. Invalidation of self (loss of identity), invalidation of emotions (mood swings) invalidation of achievements(recklessness impulsiveness) etc in childhood.
