Happiness and Goal Planning for 2024

This is a random post Thanksgiving video haha, but I had some interest last year in my Notion templates and goal setting that I do around this time of year, so thought that I would make a video walking through my personal templates for "happiness" and "productivity/goal setting" in case anyone else gets inspired around this time of year to get their life in order!
I double checked, and Notion is free, but everything I mention in this video can be done on word docs, excel, whatever works best for you.
Let me know if you have any templates or lists that you use and find helpful - I'm pretty into all things self-help haha, so always on the lookout for what others are trying.

Hey Shannon! Do you plan on doing this for 2025? And do you usually do a reflection to see how you did for the past year (I think it would be cool to see what worked, what didn't, how it went. etc)

This was great, helpful and realistic. Please do a stoned episode with antphrodite if he’s open it. Or solo stoned q and a? Idk if youve heard of @awalmartparkinglot but she streams on twitch and tik tok which then uploads to YouTube a history class Wednesday nights every week and it’s nice cause we all get to talk in a chat with her and each other about the topic. Topics include the Duggar family, Britney Spears, college admission scandal, Tana, mk ultra stuff. Anyway I would attend your class or live podcast or whatever.
