Christie’s story about the uber driver reminded me of the time I had my bachelorette party in Scottsdale and like 12 of us stayed in this Airbnb that was clearly advertised for women or bachelorette parties (gucci themed, backdrops for pics, etc.). Well on our second night my friend found a man in a ski mask in our backyard staring at us through the back sliding glass door. There were no working lights in the backyard or blinds on the door, so we had no way of knowing or protecting ourselves. Airbnb only reimbursed us for an emergency hotel room but didn’t refund the cost of the rental. The property management did nothing to help us, and women are probably still staying at this house and getting spied on. I’m worried something might happen one day, but Airbnb gave zero shits and did nothing. Seems like no one gives a shit about women or our safety.

Regarding the sunscreen there are mineral based sunscreens that have zinc and are usually white, or there are chemical based sunscreens which don’t have zinc and are usually more of a gel texture like Supergoop Unseen sunscreen. Dermatologists usually recommend zinc based sunscreen bc it’s like a mirror for the suns rays, the sun doesn’t really get absorbed. Chemical sunscreens are more like a filter and some sun may get through, and it’s also recommended to re-apply a chemical based sunscreen throughout the day (sometimes as frequent as every 2hrs). If you have super dry skin or you don’t want the white cast then you can lean towards the chemical/non-zinc sunscreens! Depends what your priority is (fixing dry skin, stronger sun protection, or layering makeup on top etc). Just wanted to note that if there’s no zinc in your sunscreen don’t be worried! 🤍🤍

I do think it’s fine to compare artists! I usually compare the Stans and how off they are about new albums lol. Like the new Ariana album was fine but people saying it was her best yet.. no it was like part 4 of sweetener, though it’s her first album post scooter so I was expecting more oomph. Cowboy Carter is good, but is it beyonces best album? No! Not to me at least. She’s also just gotten into this realm of uncanny valley to me where she doesn’t look real anymore and I don’t find myself interested in the celebs who don’t play the media game 🤷🏻‍♀️ New Taylor album… we shall see. If it’s actually alt sounding not just midnights 2.0 that will be nice. I’m expecting to be disappointed by it

So from what I’m aware most steamy scenes are rarely the same on set since they have to be so technical, and similar to stage direction most of the touching that looks good on camera isn’t the same as an actual kiss etc. Plus apparently (though I doubt this is always followed) they have to stop shooting if an actor gets an erection to follow the SAG regulations 🤣😅 intimacy coordinators are still fairly new and aren’t super well regulated yet, but actors who get caught up in those scenes are unprofessional 🤭 it’s usually a lot more laughing from how awkward it is. Plus the whole thing of people hating each other but having amazing chemistry is very real 😂 …that being said I feel like musicians being romantic in their music videos are the ones who end up falling for their scene partners because they aren’t always actors lol
