I got a few messages that folks would like a place to chat about the latest public podcast episodes each week, so I'm going to start having discussion posts up here for people who want a conversation about the Monday (sometimes Wednesday) episodes each week. I would post the full episodes in here, but network wise they need to only be aired on a public platform! Hope this solutions works for all, and curious for those who have listened...was the food pyramid as important to you as a child as it was for me?

Something else that’s weird. The organic milk has a shelf life that is at least double regular milk. I grew up drinking organic milk, but my husband didn’t and when we got married, he kept buying non-organic milk and we’d have to pour it out within a week and I just kept being like what is going on milk doesn’t go bad this fast. Apparently whatever shit they’re putting in the regular milk does.

I do honestly think it's pretty healthy and Brazilian food in general is pretty good, so I kind of follow it instead of food pyramids and such

I'm Brazilian and I'll tell you guys to check the Brazilian food guide. Its considered one if not the best food guide because if doesn't focus on groups but levels of processing, it can be very helpful
