There is a big history in the hip hop community of “discovering” young talent and making them your protege. Sometimes it can be truly innocent but often this relationship is an act of grooming—allegedly Diddy finding and grooming Usher (then potentially Usher to Justin Bieber), or Birdman with Lil Wayne. JayZ also put Rihanna on the map. I’m sure there’s other examples but it’s an interesting/sinister topic worth exploring more

Thank you for this episode!! The baby oil discussion online has been pissing me off like so many people acting like freak offs were just like wild orgies not planned attacks. Also I think the oil may have been used so that the assaults might not be as physically noticeable to the girl the next day or if a girl went to get a rape kit there’s less bruising/tearing to substantiate her claims

I strongly suspect Ashton Kutcher may be involved in this stuff. He was best friends with Danny Masterson and wrote a letter urging the judge to give him light sentencing. He also has a long history of partying with Diddy. You don’t just coincidentally be super tight with two giant monsters. I think at best he is complicit and at worst he actively participates (suspect the latter).
