Because of the state of the world, I have been saying that I’m “regressing” because I’ve started listening to the music I loved as a adolescent (Hilary duff, Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, HSM) and added charms and a little stuffed animal keychain to my purse. I also drank Ensure Plant Based protein shakes for a while and they made me feel full & gave me energy but the consistency is a lot thicker which I personally dislike. I would give it a try!

Girl you HAVE TO try “Remedy Organics” the cacao flavor tastes just like a Denny’s chocolate shake. I wake & bake and it helps settle my stomach. I’ve bought it at Sprouts & Walmart. Pricey but worth it! Low sugar and 16gs of protein in every 12oz drink.

I would look into how much water is used for meat diets! Since I eat vegan at home and use ChatGPT a few times a day, it’s significantly better than the environment than most lifestyles. Also I mean, one person using ChatGPT vs the way corporations use them…you can’t even compare. The Grammys fire donation page had an AI system on it!
