Also I totally get the feeling off. I've been feeling so weird since October like everything is up in the air and like I want to change things but the state of the world is crazy

I went off my birth control after being on it for like 4 years because I wanted to get an actual period (I have pcos) instead of a withdrawal bleed and my depression and anxiety got soo much worse for about 5 months I think it was. The adjustment phase is hell
