Blood Testing through Function

This is a bit of a random one off but I've been talking to my friends about getting my bloodwork done through Function Health and I figured why not make a video on this for them and also you guys. I had been looking around for a way to get MANY biomarkers tested out of pocket to see what was "wrong" with me or why I had been feeling so vaguely "off" lately and the results that came back were validating and fascinating, so now I bring up Function Health and bloodwork to everyone I meet haha. Check out the video for more, and even if you're not interested in Function Health, I can't stress enough getting a full bloodwork panel done (not just of things that you think could be wrong, but EVERYTHING) as it has been so educating and relieving for me to see this on a screen.

And after having done copious amounts of research, the best Omega-3 with NO fish burps is here, and this was also the best Vitamin D I found.

I use Function and it is amazing! It is so nice to be able to see what is off so I can take the appropriate steps to help my body. My first round my homocysteine and B vitamins were off which led me to getting testing for the MTHFR gene, which I have. I would have never known if I had blood work done somewhere else.
