I can relate to that but my insomnia originate from cortisone which destroyed my sleep cycle... sleep medication is nasty also, feel like a zombie some morning...

I have insomnia and can relate. And yes, it can get so bad. I'm sleepy at the worst time of the day but even when I leave work early, as soon as I get to bed, I can't sleep. I'm on medication though which I take once in a while now to avoid tolerance. Great reaction. Hope you had an amazing time in Thailand.
