Cheng is such a terrible leader this is why his dad always scolded him. The dad knew about his temper and wanted him to have more compassion for others cause as a leader his dad was just like that he stood up for the weak and is believes just like Wei does. Cheng is not a bad person, he is just not as strong as Wei is about standing up to the elders when he knows that there in the wrong.
