New Patreon Guidelines Update

Patreon has changed their guidelines in such a way that creating the nsfw stuff most of you join for here will be nearly impossible to create on this platform, at least in a way that I feel wouldn't hinder myself and many other peoples forms of sexual expression or break the immersion within the audios. If you don't understand what any of this means, it basically states that in whatever way I (and lets just stick to the community i know= other asmr/roleplay nsfw creators) choose to have imaginary sex (mine being audibly, though most of the time I'm just alluding to it and not actually acting it out) consent must be explicitly and clearly stated by both parties involved. So I'd have to ask for it in every audio? And how would the other party (the one who doesn't actually exist) actually verbally or clearly consent, since that's required? I have questions lol. Consent is an obvious thing in all of my audios, I'VE been clear about that from the beginning, but guidelines are guidelines and I can't change them. Anyway, you can see where that kind of leaves no wiggle room for what I do and want to do here. From what I see a lot of creators will have to either find some way to work around this while staying on the platform or they'll have to leave and create on another one or create on their own. Which it seems I'll likely have to do. So apologies for this crappy news and the lack of posting. I'm gunna have to figure things out and that takes time cause wtf🙃
PS: It's not just this, according to the "inc3st" portion "m0mmy" "d@ddy" roleplay style audios most of us make (and most of you love) could technically fall under the category of inc3st just because of the names themselves being used. I'm crying laughing at almost 4 in the morning. What is HAPPENINGGGGGG. I- Goodbye lmao

This is just a little rant: 1) Honestly all of this is worded so fuzzy. Especially because +18 ASMR itself is still allowed. Allowed are: - "Non-visual depictions (e.g. text, audio, such as ASMR) of sexual activity." - "Intimate activity that approximates sexual activity (e.g., open-mouth kissing, grinding, lap dancing)." 2) So, I have so many questions when it comes to this consent segment: "It is of the utmost importance that creators demonstrate consent in any work (real or animated; photo, video, text, audio) *between adult participants or characters* for adult/18+ content; in particular, a freely given, specific, informed and unequivocal expression of consent *through a statement or a clear, affirmative action*." [Anyone correct me if I'm wrong, but in the case of audio roleplays the participant would be only Mykie, however the characters are the speaker and the character who's considered to be the listener. Does the character in the roleplay itself need to give consent to what is happening to them, or do we as the listener need to give consent though the affirmative action of pressing play?] 3) "Additionally, participants and characters must be able to give consent (i.e. not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, hypnosis, blackmail)." [If the character in the scenario needs to display consent, would it even be possible for roleplays that includes domination to exist, where the consent is more or less happening through the vibe of the audio? And if the listener needs to display consent to be engaged in such a scenario, would it be enough to display consent by simply pressing play? And if so, how could the listener prove not to be under any influence?] 4) “Consensual Non-Consent” works in which participants or characters engage in simulated non-consensual encounters are not permitted. Adding a note to a work depicting a non-consensual encounter that claims the encounter was consensual is a violation of Patreon policies." [Again, where does Patreon draw the line between simple domination and consensual non-consent? It's so infuriating]
