This month we will be following up on last monthβs John Singer Sargent portrait drawing study with a second attempt. Crucially this one will included a dark background that lends more depth and realism when compared to the more graphic sketch in the first lesson. So, get ready for some serious edge control πͺ

Stephen. Completely. The reason I'm not coming in is that I don't need critique on work that I feel I have to rush. Also, I see you giving critique on work I know is time pressured (for some) Much better to have the 'challenge' - you record the speaking draw along - we do our 'work' and then meet up for a longer critique. Love it.
