Well it’s just I’ve never seen a woman ever express understanding of that. Doing the knife to gut gesture. Daniel really found a keeper. It’s like this scene in Castle where Castle doesn’t like Beckett hanging out with this other writer. And of course it’s like “writer” because they haven’t gotten together yet, and she confronts him about it and he says “fine. I admit it. It makes me upset,” and she actually says it’s kind of sweet and tells him “That’s why from now on I won’t be hanging around him anymore. From now on I’m a one writer girl.” That’s just unheard of. Like “Wow.” I shared the clip in an IG story saying that if a girl does this she’s a keeper.

I know it almost always gets played for laughs because the guy is usually totally oblivious to reality, but sometimes it is ambiguous and it does hurt to find out that your romantic feelings aren't reciprocated. It doesn't have to be either person's fault and neither person has to get mad, but it hurts.

So far this has been a pretty fun series and definitely something I might have checked out had I knew it existed during its original run. It also doesn't hurt that I think Kelly is ridiculously pretty.

This episode was the first thing to really gross me out in quite a while, and very few things gross me out. Sam coming in clutch with the compassion for the dude who got told he feels like a brother/best friend. I have never seen that before.
