Looks extremely painful, but given that she becomes a prisoner at the end of Ch. 3 I suppose that's only fitting. I was initially confused about whether she's lying on her side or front first on the ground, but the background (not to mention her spread-out hair) makes it clear that it's her side. Her face is also very realistic given the position she's in; whether the tears are due to pain or regretting her earlier actions, it's hard to tell exactly, but that's not the point. Wouldn't mind seeing this in color either, but whatever works for ya. The fact that so much about Viona is communicated here through black-and-white alone (the desparation in her teary face, the sweat drops suggesting exertion from earlier struggles, etc.), shows color is an option and not a requirement.
