PATTERN AND INSTRUCTIONS: The Hostess Lounge Set

I’ve really appreciated the opportunity to have constructive conversations via Instagram about vintage fashion and some of the trickier aspects of it. I sincerely apologize to those I hurt with any aspect of the design or name. Based on your feedback, we have decided to change the name of the project to the Hostess Lounge Set, and we are also changing the design of the closures. Additionally, we are making a donation to the Asian American Arts Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring greater representation, equity, and opportunities for Asian American artists and cultural organizations through resource sharing, promotion, and community building (This will be in addition to our regular monthly donations). As always, we remain committed to making Charm Patterns a diverse and inclusive community for all.

Has anyone added sleeves to this pattern? Do sleeves from any of the other patterns fit well? I'd like to make a set for this winter out of a check flannel on the bias for the top fronts and solid flannel for the pants. A short to 3/4 sleeve would be great!
It's been 2 1/2 years but I just noticed the bottom of each instruction page still says "Charm Tea Timer".
