Oooo I love this, I often use the clouds and beach as a place to guide but I should use walking and views more often in guiding sleep videos.

Laid down and closed my eyes and the whispers kept me between this state of asleep but still awake. Started feeling like I was a walking down a long path in a calm place 😌😌. My brain took a nice walk instead of being in a cloud but I still felt everything you were saying. This was super effective and needed. 😊🤗
