probably not, the Paladins are like the new knights inspired by TKOTRT after the fall of Camelot by lore, Bradamante's whole thing is being taught by Merlin AFTER the fall which is why she's a fangirl of knights of the round.

Enjou

He's not just worried about fighting one Paladin. He's worried about fighting multiple Paladins. He's had to do so before, and he barely survived. Roland alone is probably still a challenge even with all the gains since the last bout and Gram on top of that. And Charlemagne will absolutely send groups of Paladins to kill Siegfried, given that's probably the best shot at ending him.

Enjou

Proving he's real won't be hard. There will be ample evidence left behind. Lots of records and books will talk about him, and he'll probably write a few books of his own before he dies. What they'll have issues with is determining how much of the bullshit he pulls of is fact vs fiction.

Xephosus

Sieg is definitely underestimating himself. At only 17 he is probably already capable of soloing a Paladin and he is not even fully grown yet. When he reaches his full maturity he is going to be a never before seen monster, only compared to Heracles and Achilles in terms of strength and combat prowess. He will also have Odysseus's wisdom and knowledge to back up his other abilities Edit: Also sorry if this was already mentioned and answered but are we going to see King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table?

Razorfloss razor

He's going to be called that in the future after he's dead. I pity any historians who will have to prove he was real.

15,000 talents from per each 12 city’s. 180,000 7,000 in Bribe from the Prince. 17,000 in non aggression payment. 20,000 in selling a hill. 225,000 total, divided into 4 shares. 56,250. So, 56,250 split between 10,000 warriors is about 6 talents each. Best conversion of 25,000 grams of silver is £€$25,000. So that means £€$150,000 to each warrior. That sound right for the talent part of their booty? EDIT; forgot inflation which means it all worth x1000 more. Damn.

Damn this one was a banger. Can’t wait for the next, I eagerly await the grand return to Denmark

Sir Gideon Ofnir - the All-Knowing

I'm surprised that Siegfried "Kingmaker" isn't one of his titles yet.

Thanks for the Chapter. Minor point Sardinia is the one with the silver mine, not Corsica. It has been fairly stable throughout its history from the Bronze Age Collapse through to the medieval era. The Kingdom of Sardinia is also the modern precursor to the Italian state when it ruled Piedmont and Sardinia. EDIT: Sardinia and its capital Cagliari is also noted as where Sieg established the silver mines back in chapter "The More Things Change."
