Character Lore (Arbourete ideas)

I realize that there's so much international detail in the world of Noria itself that I have explained to a grand total of like twelve friends that would be kind of important to these characters...
Man, where to start with all of this? haha
Anyway, I am working on dedicated bios and have been for a while. I have a few ideas for Arbourete I wanted to put out there.
1. His tail continues to grow and he has to trim it or it will just keep on growing, and turn brown and brittle at the end.
2. Said tail is like velvety soft leather. It is thick and warm nearer to the body, and thins into a soft sheet as it grows out. Like a luxurious fabric. You could do indecent things with Arby's tail!
3. Arbourete is an herbivore, and his "sharp teeth" are actually nubby to the touch (if you look close I planned for this in my last drawing of him).
4. His trauma from the pirate attack is triggered by large fires (he wasn't burned but the town was on fire, and that brings him back to that moment). He is nervous around people working with knives; and of course he has severe separation anxiety from Lacie. That last one will make more sense once I finally finish page two of the origin comic.

Ahh, neat I love BG stuff like this. World-building is fun, I do it a lot.
Originally I was going to go with "it turns brittle and crumbles after a short time like leaves" but that prospect is FAR too erotic to turn down.

Gosh. Finding out he's an herbivore has made him even more endearing. But I'm really intrigued by his tail trimmings, and how you describe them like fabric. I wonder if it would be possible to weave a fabric from them, and use it to make rope or blindfolds. Binding the poor eeveelution with his own body, in a way. "Arbourete, you say you want release. Yet, you keep holding your own self back. Surely that means you wish to entertain a bit longer."
