Psychic harassment can take many forms, such as direct psychic attacks using energy, energy draining, the use of entities, rituals and even demons.
Negative thoughts or feelings, and harmful behaviors that are directed towards a specific person or group of people are also forms of Psychic harassment.

It's safe to use in this case... relax. It's not paranoia, it's actually a great question. Keep them coming. In this case, the fields of something external attacking you and 'yourself attacking you' are completely different and only the first one and anything similar to it is considered.

What if one suffers from intrusive negative thoughts about themselves. This wont make the energies mistakenly identify myself as an attacker on myself right? Like some Egregore attached to my mind i may have accidentally created. If so should i refrain from using this until i get my intrusive thoughts to normal levels? Again i apologize for the paranoia. Not sure if its warranted but its something i am trying to fix, i have OCD so would just like to be sure

I have the shielding tag from sapien and felt that was all I needed but after listening to this a couple of times my mind feels much calmer and feels like a weight has been released. I also noticed people around me treating me courteously. I try to treat everyone in my life with love & compassion and rarely run into people that are nasty so I felt that I would be free from any psychic harassment but now I am not so sure lol.
