This field makes your Higher Self shoot uplifting and positive messages directly to your subconscious. Each user should receive very personalized messages, but all with the main purpose of uplifiting your spirit and help you with mood and morale.

The other one is focused in self improvement. This could be in terms of an insight, spiritual development, even a healing. The aim there is to make you a better version of yourself. Here the aim is well being and mood improvement. It helps seeing the other one as a self-improvement field and this one as an antidepressant
