I know I already commented but I feel particularly intuitively drawn to this field. I sense that this is likely the best field for my issue of self-sabotage. I wanted to ask about your image field/mandalas if they work automatically or if you have to view them for them to have an effect. Normally for mandala fields, I make them really small on canva or some similar program/app, then I print them out and laminate them on both sides with clear packing tape and keep them in my pocket all day. Would that work for yours?
