Adrenaline, also known as epinephrine, is a hormone and neurotransmitter that plays a pivotal role in the body's "fight or flight" response to threats or stress. It's produced by the adrenal glands, which are situated atop the kidneys.

Although I am interested in this field, I am skeptical about the benefit it can bring to someone in my situation, so I would like to ask you. Due to dysregulation and damage to the autonomic nervous system, I have very large amounts of adrenaline secretion most of the day. This very high amount of adrenaline also prevents my body from healing and has drastically reduced my production of sex hormones. This high release of adrenaline is due to the dysregulation of the nervous system, so the adrenaline is not causing it, it is causing high levels of adrenaline. Even if I use this and bring my adrenaline levels back to normal, logically the adrenaline levels will still be elevated because of the autonomic nervous system dysregulation, right?

My sleep levels have been extremely challenged for several years, and I struggle greatly to stay awake after meals, and especially at times to control my exhaustion levels in the evening. I am optimistic this will help with each of these.
