By systematically undermining the victim's sense of reality and sanity through lies and manipulation, gaslighting can lead to serious issues like depression, anxiety, and even a complete nervous breakdown.
Even though gaslighting may not involve physical abuse, it is still incredibly damaging and can leave deep psychological scars. The abuser's behavior aims to make the victim doubt their own perceptions, memories, and judgment, eroding their self-confidence and sense of self over time. Long term, the effects can manifest as self-doubt, isolation, and low self-esteem.

Okay... so after a few days of use I can honestly say this is one of the MOST important and amazing fields released by PU. Ever. Period. I sincerely wish one day you release a mental health megafield combining all Treatments and Washers into one. That may very well be epitome of all mental health fields.

Incredible. My entire life I was gaslighted and the last person left me for dead in a state of severe mental breakdown which is basically the last and most brutal version of MB. Wow. This is a VERY important field. And so on time. Thank you PU!!!
