Can they escape before they fall into the enchanted pool? Or will they end up like the other poor shmucks who are now trapped in the chaos god's grip?

Maybe I will get to it, maybe not. who knows ;)
Now we just have to see what happens, but I suspect with how well they are bound, they will end up statues.
