(ColSanders) The point was the final payoff on the Hammer/ax conversation (from my point of view). As you indicated before, this book is limited on things of note, so this seemed for be appropriate. Especially since this is a story line that has existed since book one.

I think the point is Perrin is too focused on his wife to care about the changes Aram is going through.
