10,000 Extol = 1 Berry, 1 Berry = 1 Yen, 1 Yen = $0.01 USD (for simplicity) so 7 Billion Extol = 700,000 Berry = 700,000 yen = $7000 USD. If I recall their fine was 10 X entrance fee so it went up about $70,000 USD.

I do like that the Straw Hats didn’t even have enough money to pay the initial entry fee so that was never an option even if they did know more about the situation. Makes sense though, they’re pirates, they don’t have regular jobs to make money.
