i do enjoy the little world building scenes like the one at the start of this episode, but I am surprised this arc isn't considered filler. No this biggest fan of foxy at all.

Yeah, the opening is fine. You don't need to skip it. The only thing in it that qualifies as a spoiler is that characters you haven't met yet exist. The first opening spoiled as much.
