Generally the spoilers aren't really that bad, they're very brief and kind of easily missed without context, just cool fight montages

I disagree. I think the last half of the opening spoilers too much. I wouldn't want to know in advance who will fight who and what Luffy will do.

Also remember Ines Lobby is the judicial entrance to Impel Down, the World Government's Prison. Nami said once you're sentence, you go straight from EL, to ID where no one ever return from so the SH have to get her back before she enters ID.

I personally think you should watch the OPs since there may be spoilers but you don't have the context so you don't know what anything means, so its OK IMO. If the creators of the anime feared you being spoiled they would not have showed it in the OP IMO.
