Apparently, the Anime never shows Sogeking's bounty, but the manga lists it as 30 million, the same as Luffy's first bounty.

Just to let you know bounties are normally a mix of actual power Danger to the government and reputation to the world so on top of luffy being the captain and actively waring against the government he bet Rob Lucci one of the strongest people in cp9 history he also beat Blueno too and at this time this is his 3 bounty so his reputation to the world is growing and zoro over Robin is simple she didn't do much in terms of fighting and power and danger wise he's higher and it's not known to most of the government nor the world that she can read poneglyph

This was a great arc, one of the best ones. Next, Thriller Bark is OK IMO slightly better than Skypia but glad its a short arc. The arcs after I think top Water 7/Ines Lobby IMO.

For Chopper's Bounty, he is listed as the Pet of the Strawhats which is why his bounty is so low. Not sure if that was said in the Sub, but is mentioned in the Dub.
