Hangout thoughts
🕑 Added 2017-06-07 02:26:46 +0000 UTC 1. For the next hangout, if we use Google Hangouts, I'll try to get OBS set up so we can watch stuff properly.2. However, since a lot of people apparently have trouble getting into the hangout, maybe we should use Discord instead? Thoughts?
3. If we use Discord, then going live isn't an option. We haven't gone live before but we can if you want. However this might make some people uncomfortable. So let's put it up to a vote. Comment your preference. If we want to go live we'll have to use Hangouts and that means people might still have problems getting in.

i attended the last one and i guess idrc about going live since i didn't speak anyway ^^ i like hangouts well enough, but i think discord is easier to use.

Lets go with google hangout. I've just DL the app. Just have to get it working right.

I cool with either or. Going live would be cool. I think the issues people are having joining hangouts is the same I had. Just needs to be explained to them

Discord might be a good option. I am not adverse to going live. We were using a 3rd party screenshare anyway.

Though as I think about it u can't really screenshare a video to people on discord, can you- er, I think u said that's what u guys were doing in the hangout? Again, I missed it... >~>

Well, I think going live could be pretty cool- then again I've missed the last two hangouts cause I happened to be busy so idk if hangouts would be hard for me to join...
