I assume those comically precise numbers came from someone blithely converting from some other unit and writing down everything in their calculator's display without any understanding of the difference between accuracy and precision.

My sentiments exactly. As soon as I hear Text-To-Speech I instantly flip to another video. Usually those videos don't make sense or it shows a repetitive creator that puts out a handful of channels and see it as if they have a thousand channels with the same content just changed slightly they will gain views across all channels. Usually it's lazy content as well. Just watched the rest of the vid. See? Makes no sense. Lol!!!
